This month, I am doing an interview series on the people of the food industry of LA. My boyfriend and I made a bet that I would do 25 interviews in one month. The countdown has already begun with everything due by October 31st!

What do I mean by people of the food industry? It could be anyone. From restaurant chef, to server, to importer/exporter, to food truck designer. Anyone who is in some way involved with food.

We bet $250 so I better make it! Let the food talking begin!
