Cauliflower Steaks (Recipe by Marina)

Ingredients:

  • 1 green cauliflower
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mild curry paste
  • Italian seasoning
  • Dried basil
  • Dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chili flakes

To Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Cut cauliflower into 1/2 inch thick steaks. Any florets that fall off, you can put in the same baking dish in between the steaks. 
  3. In a bowl, mix together curry paste, a few tablespoons of olive oil, some basil, thyme, chili flakes, and salt and pepper. Whisk.
  4. Pour over the cauliflower steaks and florets. 
  5. Stick them in the oven for 15-20 minutes until they look softened. 
  6. Enjoy as a side or with scrambled eggs for breakfast as I did!

This dish will make you love cauliflower. :)
