Fish Cake Burgers
Ingredients:
2 cans of tuna in water
Favorite stuffing mix - I use cornbread
2 green onions - chopped
1/2 cup mayo
3/4 cup water
Olive oil
Buns
Arugula
Tomato
Favorite cheese - I use provolone 
Mustard - I use whole grain
Avocado
To Make:
Mix together, stuffing mix, drained tuna, green onions, and mayo. Add water carefully so the mixture doesn’t get too sticky and gooey. 
Using a spoon and your hands, mold the mixture into little patties.
In a large frying pan on medium-high heat, heat up some oil and arrange patties. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until browned.
Cut brioche bun in half.
Spread some whole grain mustard on one side of the bun.
Arrange arugula, slices of tomato, avocado, and cheese on the bun and add a fish patty.
