I was recently reading this post by Cupcakes and Cashmere and was surprised when she said that she can go weeks without eating vegetables. If you’re not eating vegetables, what, may I ask, are you eating?
Coming from a cooking background, vegetables are prime ingredients in many, if not all, dishes. They add variety, complexity, flavor, and color. If she’s not eating vegetables for weeks at a time, what in the world is she eating? Straight meat? Just bread? Cereal? Does she have no flavor in her foods? Ugh, be still my revolted stomach… 
My apologies but vegetables are one of the most naturally flavored foods out there. From juicy tomatoes to sweet peppers to crunchy, cool cucumbers to bitter arugula. So much flavor without any alteration! And lets not even start on how those flavors are enhanced when combined with other ingredients and cooked in exciting ways. 
My guess, she must not eat at all. My condolences.
