Think you’re getting your vitamins and staying away from fats because you buy “Full day supple of Vitamin C!” and “Zero Trans Fat” products? Think again. Marketers put those words on the labels so that they trigger an emotion in you to think that you are being healthy. In reality, those foods are more likely to be more processed and sometimes, more harmful in the long run than if you ate a pack of butter a week.
It seems, not only do people have to rethink the way they eat but they must also rethink the way they shop.
For serious people! I almost never buy the really expensive stuff from grocery stores because I really can’t tell where it came from. And to me, that’s reason enough not to pay big bucks for it. Only buy authentic produce from the source itself at premium prices because otherwise, you might end up like one of those people who got scammed. :(
