The Art of Food

If I were to open my own restaurant, it would be in this fashion. Healthy, top quality food in a casual setting that is welcoming to everyone. Something I could stand behind proudly, no deep fryer anywhere. 

As Seasmus says, “I don’t do silly things like deep-fried foie gras doughnuts.”
